Retaining Walls That Reclaim Your Yard, From Weston to Woburn
We love the challenge of sloped land. A retaining wall turns unusable grade into space you can actually live on, and in the right spot it becomes the focal point of the whole yard. J&E Corp's masons build walls that hold the hill and look the part, for homes from Weston and Winchester to Wellesley and our home base in Woburn.

Built by masons, built to hold.
Set to carry the load.
Retaining walls do real structural work, so they get built by people who know stone and block. Our own crew sets every course to carry the load behind it and stay true through freeze and thaw. Strong where it counts, clean where it shows.
A wall that doubles as a feature.
The right wall does more than hold soil. Seating walls, stone veneer faces, and integrated steps turn a structural job into a standout feature, one that does the heavy work and looks deliberate doing it.
Retaining Walls Of All Types For Your Yard
Stone Walls
A stone retaining wall is built from natural stone, set course by course and fit by hand. Each piece is placed to carry the soil behind it, so no two walls come out the same. The look is rugged and classic, a natural match for older homes and wooded lots.
Block / Segmental Walls
Segmental block walls use manufactured units made to lock together as they stack. The blocks come in set shapes and sizes, which keeps the courses even and the line clean. They are a strong, tidy way to hold a grade where a uniform look is wanted.
Stone-Faced Walls
A stone-faced wall pairs a solid block core with a natural stone front. You get the strength of the structure underneath and the look of real stone on the side that shows. It fits a spot where the wall has to hold firm and still match the stonework around it.
